Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info.arveanaturals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll make it right.
We only offer refunds if:
- You received the wrong product
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
